The Teething Experience.
I am aware of the teething experience. Each child is different so, it is hard to call how the teething experience will be for one before it happens. Everything from fever, to fussiness is to be expected. A baby’s first tooth breaking through has proven to be hard work. I thank God that my teething experience with my daughter has not been a total nightmare.
My daughter is naturally a happy baby. The only time she gets mad is when she is sleepy and when she is hungry. Other than that, she laughs and coo’s all day. I first thought that she had a tooth trying to break through when she was two-and-a-half months old. I was so wrong. My aunt still picks on me about that today. My baby’s first tooth came in when she hit 5 months old. Her two bottom ones came in at the same time. Here I was thinking that the two top teeth would break through first.
Teeth is a continuing process. A tooth breaking through the gums can be a painful and annoying process to an infant. Before her teeth broke the surface, she was still happy and smiling just not as much and she luckily never had a fever. She also limited her conversations with the television and her reflection in the mirror. I am so proud of my pooh. Next, she will be walking around getting into everything and telling my business. She has been her for 6 months already. Time flies. I cherish these moments of her infancy.
